First Mount Carmel Church will host a Town Hall Meeting to discuss various issues regarding the quality of life in Richmond, Texas.  Those present to answer questions will be the Mayor and Commissioners of Richmond.  Also present will be the Richmond Assistant Police Chief and Sergeant, Economic Development Director, and the City Manager.  This will be and informative meeting to the citizens and all are welcome to attend from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
