Haz-Mat

    • 1 Chlorine A Kit.
    • 1 Chlorine B Kit.
    • 1 Chlorine C Kit.
    • 1 Liquid/Vapor Flaring System.
    • 1 Air Cart (Operation of Pneumatic Hand Tools).
    • Various Pneumatic Hand Tools (Drills, Ratchets).
    • Various Pipe Clamps.
  • Command Vehicle equipped with:
    • 6 Area Raes.
    • 1 Ahura (Chemical Identifier).
    • Computer/Printer.
    • Research Capabilities (Internet/Books)

Dive Rescue

  • 12 Personnel certified at the Public Safety Diver level.
    • Trained in Shore Base Deployment (lakes and ponds) as well using a boat as a Dive Platform (large lakes and open water).
  • Side Scan Sonar can be used from a boat to view bottom conditions as well as locate victims.
  • Dive Rescue Truck equipped with:
  • 4 Full sets of dive gear with full face mask (Full Face Mask system allows for wireless communications to on shore personnel as well as diver to diver communications).

Swift Water Rescue

  • 20 Personnel certified as Swift Water Rescue Technicians level.
    • Proficient in Technical Rescue Operations (Ropes and Mechanical Advantages).
  • 15 Personnel are part of Texas Task Force 1.
    • Certified as Boat Operators. 
  • 4 Boats
    • All with outboard tiller style motors.
    • 3 Aluminum Boats primarily used in rising water and flood water incidents to evacuate citizens and move them to safety.
    • 1 Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) Zodiac RIB can be also used for evacuation and movement of citizens, but especially useful in moving water.

High Angle Rescue

  • All Personnel certified at Rope Rescue Technician Level 1.
    • Trains yearly with the W.A Parish Plant.
  • Rescue Truck equipped with:
    • 1 Stokes Basket.
    • 2 Bags of various hardware for mechanical advantages.
    • 1,650 ft of Static-Kermantle Rope (Life Safety Rope).

Confined Space Rescue

  • All Personnel certified at the Industrial Rescue Technician level.
    • Trains yearly with the W.A. Parish Plant.
  • Rescue Truck equipped with:
    • 1 KED.
    • 2 Tripods.
    • 2 Bags of various hardware for mechanical advantages.
    • 1,650 ft of Static-Kermantle Rope (Life Safety Rope).

Structural Collapse

  • All Personnel certified at Structural Collapse Technician Level 2.
  • Part of Fort Bend County Regional Technical Rescue Response Team.
  • Heavy Rescue Trailer equipped with:
    • 1 Gas Powered Generator.
    • 1 Air Compressor.
    • 1 Set of Ellis Jacks.
    • 1 Search and Rescue Camera (Designed to search voids and areas that are inaccessible).
    • 2 Large Jack Hammers.
    • 6 Various sized Hammer Drills
    • 1 Rebar Cutter.
    • 1 Large Evolution Saw.
    • 1 Concrete Saw.
    • Various Electric Hand Tools (Cordless Drills, Circular Saws, and Reciprocating Saws).
    • Various Pneumatic Hand Tools (Drills, Ratchets, and Palm Nailers).

Trench Collapse

  • 7 Personnel certified at Trench Rescue Technician Levels 1 and 2.
    • Able to assemble and shore up trenches 15-20 ft deep and 15 ft wide.
    • Able to work in Straight, T-shaped, L-shaped, and X-shaped trenches.
