If you have a specific request for action to be taken by the City, such as reporting a sewer backup or manhole overflow concern, you may submit it through our Citizen Request Form.  If this is an emergency please call our Public Works 24-hour emergency line at (281) 342-0559.

Once we determine which department should receive you request, it will be entered into our tracking system.
