Keep Richmond Beautiful Board Meetings
Keep Richmond Beautiful (KRB) was established to encourage the community of Richmond, Texas to take greater responsibility for making our historic town a cleaner, safer and more beautiful place to live, work and play, through beautification, litter preventions/cleanup and recycling efforts. The purpose of this Committee is to educate and engage citizens to take responsibility for improving and cleaning their community environment. In addition, the Committee shall be to organize clean-up and beautification efforts within the City of Richmond, Texas by establishing and promoting a program, educating citizens, and coordinating community involvement to ensure clean, attractive neighborhoods, roadways, parks, and waterways for our residents and visitors to enjoy. KRB shall consist of ten members each being a qualified voter and resident of Richmond, Texas, with no more that one member from the City's ETJ.
