Utility payments may also be made online using our online bill pay service or the Pay by Phone/Text service that is now available 24 hours a day by dialing 281-342-5456 and selecting option #1 during business hours and after hours..

After Hours Payment
After Hours payments may be dropped off at the drop box located at City Hall or by utilizing the Pay by Phone service.  Dial 281-342-5456 and select option #2 to access or make payments to your account during business hours.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Customer Service Department is to provide accurate and timely reading of water meters for use in billing customers, to provide excellent service to our customers, and to provide the preparation of accurate and timely billings and collections of utilities customer accounts

The Customer Service Department is responsible for the billing and collection of water, wastewater, solid waste and sales tax on solid waste and other miscellaneous charges for services provided by the City. Also responsible for the handling of customer inquiries, processing customer requested service connections, disconnections, and transfers. Customer Service is responsible for the collection of current and delinquent accounts and monthly meter reading of water meters to process utility billings, and to respond to citizen complaints concerning utility billing or water flow problems as well as following up on service requests and dispatch of work orders to the Meter Department.

House Bill TX HB872 Section 4. "(a) Except as provided by Section 182.054, a government-operated utility may not disclose personal information in a customer's account record, or any information relating to the volume or units of utility usage or the amounts billed to or collected from the individual for utility usage, unless the customer requests that the government-operated utility disclose the information."
