The city offices of the City of Richmond, Texas will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2015 in observance of Good Friday Holiday.  Those included are City Hall Annex at 600 Morton Street and City Hall at 402 Morton Street.  Have a safe and Happy Easter from the City of Richmond.
