The City of Richmond will hold a Special Commission Meeting on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 4:30 pm.  At this time, the candidates for Commissioner will draw for their position on the ballot.  Following, the City will discuss business per agenda that will be posted 72 hours prior.  The meeting will be held at the City Hall Annex located at 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas.  If you should have any questions, please contact Terri Vela, City Manager.
