The City of Richmond has rescheduled the original meeting of April 18, 2016 to April 26, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.  There will be a reception at 4:00 p.m. to honor the life of Mildred I. Walker.  The meeting will be held at 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas.
