The City Commission of Richmond will hold a Workshop/Retreat on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.  The meeting will be held at Bryan Municipal Court - 2nd floor 2nd Courtroom, 401 S. Tabor Avenue, Bryan, Texas 77803.
