Historic Richmond Association brings an Art Festival with Plein Air painters, artisan vendors, community art project for all ages, artists working with merchants, beer & wine garden, live music, food trucks,  and some of Houston's Art Cars on display for patrons pleasure.
In front of City Hall on Morton, patrons will find the Classic Car Show- Motor Madness- with Live DJ and car show awards at 3:30 pm! This Free event offers something for all ages, so bring the family!
