The City of Richmond is hosting a Trunk or Treat for the community from 6- 7 pm prior to the City's MOVIES ON MORTON Free Outdoor Film featuring Hocus Pocus  at dark in front of City Hall on Morton Street! We have organized approximately 12 city departments as well as some downtown merchants to decorate their vehicle and provide a variety of themes for our community trick or treaters!

And once that hour of Fun is complete, we will begin the Hocus Pocus movie shortly thereafter around 7:30 or when dark. Rotary club of Richmond will provide free popcorn and Access Health Community Health will provide water and lemonade. We encourage everyone to bring their own chairs, and Friends of North Richmond will supply chairs if you don't bring your own!   Watch City of Richmond TX Facebook page for updates.
