The public is invited to the Annual Lamar Day festivities beginning at 10:30 am at the grave site of Mirabeau B. Lamar in Richmond's historic Morton Cemetery. Various historical, heritage and fraternal groups as well as government and LCISD musicians are in attendance and participating with activities.
