If you have outstanding warrants, come to Richmond's Safe Harbor Warrant Days, Friday February 28th or Saturday, February 29th, from 8 am to 12 Noon both days. Come to City Hall Annex- 600 Morton St., Municipal Courts to clear the warrant(s). Payment will be expected, and pay alternatives can be discussed. Note- NO ONE WILL BE ARRESTED  on these dates if you come to court.
