The City of Richmond's MOVIES ON MORTON Free Outdoor Film features HOOK  at 6:30 pm in front of City Hall on Morton Street! We have organized these screenings to provide a Free family event for residents and visitors. Rotary club of Richmond will provide free popcorn and Access Health Community Health will provide water and lemonade.
