Immediately following the Trunk or Treat fun, the Trick or Treat Scooby Doo! monthly free movie feature will begin. The city organizes these outdoor activities to provide Free family events for residents and visitors. Rotary club of Richmond pops free popcorn for everyone and the city provides free water.
