Today, Governor Abbott temporarily has paused the phased-in Reopening Texas effort in response to the recent increase in positive COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. This is also the first day the mandated mask must be worn for all of Fort Bend County businesses. As a reminder, do your part to slow the spread of COVID-19 by wearing a mask, washing your hands regularly, and socially distancing from others.

We continue to support local businesses and support our community as we are encouraged to follow these guidelines. Hats off to KTRK 13 for spotlighting our Richmond and Rosenberg communities. We have enjoyed bringing awareness to Richmond and showing how our community comes together. Together Richmond is always better. Be safe and Richmond proud!
